Technically necessary storage

Technically necessary storage may be used for language, cart contents, checkout session, login status, security features, CSRF protection, consent status and basic display preferences. Without these functions, essential shop features may not work or may only work with limitations.

Consent-based functions

The first-party analytics function in the webshop is activated only after consent. Reporting is for the respective provider or organiser to understand pages, events, campaigns, checkout steps and abandonment points, and to continuously improve the user experience. Ticket Buddy provides this function technically as part of the shop system; by default, no third-party analytics provider is embedded for this shop analytics. It may process anonymous session IDs, page paths, event types, coarse device types, referrer domains, UTM parameters and timestamps. Raw events are aggregated after 180 days; aggregates may be stored for up to 24 months.

External payment providers such as PayPal, Stripe, Secupay may use their own technically necessary storage and security mechanisms when the relevant payment method is selected or embedded.
